  • Preheat Oven to 415 F
  • Place Frozen Nuggets on a baking sheet
  • Set baking sheet with Chicken Nuggets on middle rack of oven
  • Bake for 8-9 minutes, flip and broil for 2 minutes

  • Preheat Oven to 425 F

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes

  • Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for additional 10 minutes

  • Set baking pan with Tilapia Filets on middle rack of oven
  • Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake for additional 9 minutes

Haddock Loins

  • Preheat Oven to 350 F
  • Place Haddock Loins on baking pan
  • Set baking pan with Haddock Loins on middle rack of oven. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
